PRIVACY POLICY AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT PURSUANT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

This document has been prepared by Missmimi Moda (“Data Controller” or “Missmimi”) in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, and the relevant guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Authority, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to inform.

While conducting its regional marketing and sales activities, Missmimi processes your personal data in order to inform you about global promotions, discounts, and special offers, in line with the principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law No. 6698. In this context, your personal information—such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, and phone number—may be collected and processed through verbal, written, or electronic means, by automated or non-automated methods.

Your personal data may be processed based on your explicit consent or, when necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK. In addition, when required for service provision, such data may be shared with our business partners, shipping companies, and other third-party service providers, either domestically or internationally.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) To request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,
d) To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
g) To request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any correction or deletion requests,
h) To object to any outcome against you resulting from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
